Tampa Florida native, singer/songwriter Shannon D. Williams, also known as RubbaBand Shan, is a different breed of waviness coming into the new decade with a sound so hybrid, she can alternate from various genres; R&B, Dance, Disco, House, and Pop just to name a few.
In the summer of 2021, RubbaBand Shan and her producer Ron Mercy released their first collaborative EP called SHAN SOUL, which carried several blends of R&B, Pop, and Dance elements. SHAN SOUL transformed her unique sound in a different direction that has changed the trajectory on how she approaches music.
